Kahn Design are set to pay homage to the iconic Land Rover Defender with 25 specially designed vehicles known as “The End Edition” after production ended earlier this year. Created by the Chelsea Truck Company and sold through Kahn Design, this could well be the last special edition of the Defender we’ll see and features the very best of what the tuner has to offer for this vehicle.
A Closer Look at The End
Based on the seven-seat 110 XS Station Wagon, The End Edition features a Santorini Black paint scheme and a striking muscular design. The addition of front and rear wide wings along with integrated vents and exposed bolt apertures enhance the powerful look while the new front bumper incorporates integrated lighting and a sump guard. The X-Lander front grille and mesh hood vents complete the bold facelift giving the Defender an altogether chunkier front end.
You’ll also find a set of 9.0 x 20 Mondial wheels in Volcanic Black as well as painted brake calipers, a twin cross-hair exhaust system and hard wearing mud flaps to improve off-road performance. Uprated gas shocks and slightly raised suspension help give it extra presence, while a power upgrade kit plugs directly into the 2.2 litre engine’s connection points to increase output, power delivery and fuel economy.
Inside, owners are treated to a truly opulent interior with front and rear GTB seats in quilted and perforated leather with Harris Tweed inserts. The same mix of materials covering the centre glove box, passenger dashboard, handles, door panels, instrument binnacle, sun visors and the headliner. The look is completed with a Churchill time clock, aluminium foot pedals and a Kahn billet and leather steering wheel.
Ordering The End Edition
