Billing Off Road Show 2021

It’s fair to say that last year was a complete write off when it came to events. But, it seems, that even with the rocky start we’ve had in 2021, things are finally looking up. Recently, it has been announced that the Billing Off Road Show will return this year, taking place on 26th and 27th June 2021!

Since 1991 the Billing Off Road Show has been a highlight of the Land Rover enthusiasts yearly calendar. It offers a jam packed weekend that’s enjoyable for the whole family, including children’s entertainment, a vast array of food stalls, live entertainment, show and tell presentations and (of course) off road courses!

About The Billing Off Road Show

Back in 1991, a group of Land Rover enthusiasts decided it would be a good idea to hold a Land Rover Show at Billing Aquadrome in Northamptonshire. With off-roading being one of the main pulls for Land Rover lovers, the team decided to build an off-road course, which could be enjoyed by visitors. This first ever iconic off-road course was known as the Riverside Course, and the show went down a storm.

Since then, the show has gone from strength to strength. In 1996, the Lakeside Course was built and became the new venue for the Billing Land Rover weekend. Then, in 2017, the Billing show moved again again to a nearby farm in Little Houghton, Northampton.

In 2018, the Billing Show set a Guinness World Record for the largest parade of Land Rovers, with 640 vehicles taking part in the spectacle which will go down in the record books – until they try and break it again!

Billing Off Road Show 2021

So, what can you expect of the Billing Off Road Show this year? As usual, visitors are offered the option to camp for up to 7 days at the dedicated campsite. This campsite features a designated family friendly campsite zoned area, well maintained toilets and clean, hot showers. Day visitors are also welcome, with the option to purchase day tickets, and if you don’t fancy camping you can always buy a weekend ticket instead!

When it comes to things to do, visitors will be spoiled for choice! As is to be expected, the two off road courses (both Lakeside and Riverside) will be open throughout the weekend. Drivers can put their off road driving skills to the test, in the comfort of their own vehicle, and take on mud, water and steep terrain. If that’s not enough for you, Challenge South West will also be offering rides around the 20 acre race track in the country’s leading off road race vehicles!

As well as all this off-road adventure, there will also be a number of trade stand and autojumble exhibitors at the show, alongside more than forty club stands dedicated to all different kinds of 4×4 including Land Rover, Mitsubishi and Toyota.
